Album Info:
Produced, Recorded and All Music/Lyrics written/performed by Leemonster,
Except "Train Tracks Song" which is by Dylan Pakkala and Lee.
This EP release contains five songs that are a preview to the full length album "Reckless Reclusion" by Leemonster. It was released freely for download alongside album artwork and another project entitled A Taste Of DEATH:The Infomercial around the same time, To give preview of both upcoming full length albums of different genres in which were being worked on around the same time.
Following the release of Tomorrow's Forever in 2008, Reckless Reclusion sticks to the Singer/Songwriter and Folk influence compared to some of his other projects which had ranged from hip hop/soundtrack music and electronic instrumental. This group of songs both for the EP and the Full Length album tend to be more laid back and were meant not to sound overproduced but with more of a home-recording feel to them.
Improvisation: Many of the songs featured on Reckless Reclusion are improvised
lyric-wise and on the full length some are improvised in their entirety. "Train
Tracks Song" featured Dylan Pakkala on Rhythm Guitar and Lee on Lead,
taken from the project Lee M and Dylan P in which the two are working on acoustic
instrumentals and experimental songs which are due to an album release. Reckless
Reclusion was mostly recorded in 2009 while "Train Ride II[Breakin']"
is a remake of the song Train Ride off Leemonster's first self titled release
Leemonster from 2006.
The EP is self-released on Lee's do-it-yourself label 'Blame The Cat Records.'
